What We Do

Our standard package includes essential AV equipment for conferences: speakers with stands for clear audio, microphones (lectern, handheld, and lapel), a digital mixing desk for sound control, and computers for PowerPoint and video mixing. It also comes with an HD projector and screen for visuals, a comfort monitor for presenters, and a pro-clicker for seamless presentations. An AV technician is provided to set up and manage the equipment, ensuring your event runs smoothly.

Our livestreaming add-on to the standard conference kit features a 4K video camera on a tripod for high-quality video capture, two computers optimized for video conferencing applications like Zoom, and an experienced VMix operator. This setup ensures a professional-quality RTMP feed for your event’s live broadcast.

We’ve supplied a wide range of additional equipment over the years, from staging and custom printed sets to sponsor screens, brochure stands, and various lighting options. Whatever your needs, just let us know, and we’ll handle the rest.

With the 2020 and 2021 lockdowns, we pivoted to livestreaming, utilizing our studio to manage Zoom feeds from global speakers. Our expertise in VMix technology allowed us to broadcast these events to a worldwide audience seamlessly. David Hall

David brings a decade of experience in sound engineering and audio editing to the team, having been in the industry since 2013. Expanding his expertise to AV for conferences in 2018, he now skillfully manages all aspects of event audiovisuals. Renowned for his proficiency in VMix livestreaming, David stands out as a leading expert, ensuring high-quality streaming experiences for a diverse range of events.
